Tap. It goes home.
A small tag on your things. Whoever finds them taps it with their phone, no app or account needed, and we handle the return. Your number never reaches a stranger. Theirs never reaches you.
The problem
Found by someone decent who has no safe way to give them back. They don't know who you are. They don't want to hand a stranger their own number. So the wallet sits in a drawer at the front desk.

How it works
Every return moves through the same five states. You can watch each one from your dashboard, and the finder never has to think about any of it.
Scroll to follow the return
A page opens in their browser. No app, no login. One button: Help return it.
A phone number or an email. We hold it. You never see it, and they are told so on the same screen.
An SMS or an email: your item has been found. Case R-100024 opens.
A safe meeting point, a lost-and-found desk, or shipping. A real person on our team does this for now, on purpose.
The finder, or the desk, reads you the code. It matches. The case closes.
Privacy
The finder never sees your phone number or email. You never see theirs. NfcGo sits between the two of you and coordinates the return.
Sees
Never your phone, email or address.
Sees
Never the finder's contact details.
Sees
Both sides, one case. A person on our team coordinates every early return so we learn from the first few hundred cases before we automate a single step.

Try a live tag
Scan it, or open it here, and see exactly what a stranger would see if they found your wallet.
Scan with your camera
Opens in a new tab. Nothing is sent until you press Help return it.

Built and running
The first returns are being coordinated by hand while we learn. The software underneath is already in production.
Tap once, claim the tag, describe the item.
Every tag you own, marked Safe or Lost.
Flag an item and its finder page updates.
Tap, report, done. In a browser, in a minute.
One case per recovery, worked by our team.
SMS and email, each with a delivery log.
A four-digit code confirms the handover.
Every case and staff action, audited.
Case status
Security
The tag stores a link and nothing else. Lose the tag and you have lost a link.
Every page, every tap, every notification.
Long random identifiers. Nobody can count their way to your item.
We hold both sides. Neither sees the other unless you ask us to share.
A one-time code confirms it is you before anything changes on a tag.
Every case, every staff action, timestamped and kept.
Questions
No. There is no GPS and no Bluetooth in the tag. It does one thing: when a person taps it, we start a return. Until someone taps, nothing happens.
